The Nominations & Elections Committee (NEC) is the branch of undergraduate student government at the University of Pennsylvania that is responsible for the administration of student government elections, the nomination of undergraduate students to serve on University Council and University-Wide Committees, and the education of the undergraduate student body in matters pertaining to Penn Student Government (PSG).
